The Medical Research Council expects funded researchers to manage and share research data in a manner that maximizes opportunities for future research and complies with best practice in the relevant subject domain. This document describes MRC requirements for data management and sharing, offers suggestions on how these obligations can be met by LSHTM researchers, and provides worked examples that may be used as a basis to develop your own Data Management Plan.
